Close to Eume's Woods there is a wonderful place called Río Covés. It's an old canteen located in a spectacular scenery. The perfect plan is to seat outside under the trees and enjoy a delicious Galician broth for start, served by a Galician girl or a Galician boy. Galician broth is a very common meal in this region and it´s made with fresh turnipe leaves, potatoes, dry white beans, pork and a little bit of pork fat to make it tasty. The best way to warm up.
